What happens after I send a message?
We read it, assess your situation, and respond within one business day. You won’t get an auto-reply asking you to book a 15-minute discovery call. You’ll get a response from a real person who has read what you wrote.
Do you work with businesses outside the Pacific Northwest?
Yes. While we’re rooted in the Pacific Northwest, most managed services and project work is delivered remotely. We travel for on-site work when the engagement warrants it. Geography isn’t a hard barrier.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Managed IT engagements have a 90-day baseline period, then move to month-to-month. Project work is scoped and time-bounded. We don’t lock clients in — we’d rather earn the relationship each month.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
Not a hard minimum. We work with small businesses on focused managed IT, and we work with larger organizations on complex AI infrastructure projects. What matters is whether the engagement is a good fit — not a minimum seat count or budget threshold. Tell us what you need and we’ll be straight with you.
